Can I keep my existing phone number?
Absolutely. Once you’ve created your account, simply contact us and we’d be happy to port your phone number in to Parakeet. Porting directly from the dashboard is coming soon.
What devices do you support?
Parakeet has native applications for macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. We also have a web app you can use to make and receive calls if you’re away from your personal devices. You'll always be connected.
Will I get unlimited calling?
Parakeet charges for inbound calls to toll-free numbers, and outbound calls. If you're using a local phone number, you'll enjoy unlimited inbound talk time for free.
What happens if I run out of time on the free plan?
We'll never drop your calls. Instead, if you have multiple sustained months over the allotment of the free tier, we reserve the right to charge you for the service.
Do you offer a free trial?
Rather than providing a time-limited free trial, Parakeet offers a completely free tier within certain usage restrictions. If you'd like to try Parakeet with a larger team, let us know. We're happy to set you up.
What if I’m not happy with my service?
If there’s anything we can do to make your experience with Parakeet better, please let us know. If you’re still not satisfied, you can cancel your Parakeet account at any time directly from the dashboard.
